Momscode - Keltech-Project Module and Reports

Project Module

• Create Quote Request
• Create Estimate BOM from Quote Request
• Create Project (Before Sales Order creation)
• If using single cost center against a project: Create Cost center for the Project using the Create button in the Project.it will add as the Default Cost Center in the Costing and Billing section in project.
• Create Lead->Create Opportunity against this Lead(select Quote Request in the Quote Request link field before creating Quotation)-> Create Quotation against this Opportunity.
• Create Sales Order against this Quotation(Select project in the Accounting Dimension section)
• On submitting Sales order the Data in the related Estimate BOM will show in the Estimated Cost Details section of the Project.

Note: All other documnets for the purchase , sales, time sheet ..... should be created against project and the accounting dimesion (cost center & Project) should be selected properly; then only the cost/time update happens in the corresponding project.

Reports

1.Project-wise Supervision and Labour Summary

• create Timesheets through Tasks.Tasks will be automatically created on submission of sales order.It is visible in the connections.
• In the Timesheet select Employee,Activity type and add From Time ,To Time etc.
• Total Working time is taken for the calculation of Executed Hours in th report.

2.Project-wise Summary of Subcontracted Work

• This is based on the Purchase Order,Purchase Invoice and Payment Entry.
• Create PO from Project
• Check subcontracts check box for subcontracted PO.Select Service name and Subcontracting Activity.
• Create Purchase Invoice against this PO.
• Create Payment against this Purchase Invoice.

3.Project-wise Inventory and Tools Usage Summary

• This is based on Purchase Receipt.
• Create Material Request from Project->Create PO against this Material Request.(Select Project in the Accounting Dimensions)->Create Purchase Receipt against this PO.
